Montgomery, AL — Today, the Judge Roy Moore for Senate Campaign released its latest television ad, “Roy.” The spot, which will run statewide, features Moore’s wife, Kayla, speaking directly to the camera describing her husband’s faith as the fuel for his principled stands on religious liberty and the sanctity of marriage. The runoff election for the U.S. Senate seat formerly held by Jeff Sessions is September 26.

“While Alabamians know Roy Moore is a conservative fighter, nobody knows him better than his wife,” said Campaign Chairman Bill Armistead. “Kayla Moore does a great job conveying the message that Alabama voters can be confident that the Judge will faithfully continue to defend faith and freedom in Washington, just as he’s done in Alabama. She and Judge Moore understand their values are not popular with D.C. insiders, but Judge Moore will stand up for what’s right.”

The full text of the ad reads as follows:

Roy’s faith is what makes him fearless.

As a father, a leader, or as a soldier in Vietnam.

And when liberals attacked our religious liberty and the sanctity of marriage, Roy lost his job because he would not back down.

I know Washington doesn’t like our values, and that he won’t bend his knee.

But if they think millions in false ads will stop him, they don’t know Roy Moore.

We appreciate your vote on September 26.
